What types of businesses will Crestfinity work with?

We will not turn away any business because of their industry. We have standing business relationships with companies such as educational services, dental clinics, private medical practices, child day care centers, automobile dealerships, pharmacies, event centers, healthcare facilities, and funeral homes. The most important factor in determining if we can move forward with a potential partner is the fit.

What if I only need one of the services you offer?

We can tailor our our agreement to include only the services you need. We are also entrepreneurs and understand the value of both time and money. We will not waste either of them for you by pushing services on you that you do not want.

What is the difference between business coaching and business consulting?

Business coaching is primarily focused on helping a business owner acquire new knowledge, skills, or abilities. In the simplest terms, business coaching is a process of helping business owners find their own answers from within. Business consulting is primarily focused on processes. The consultant provides technical answers or expertise on an aspect of the business.

I don’t have much money. How can you help me?

Initial consultations are 100% free and require no commitment of any kind. Many of our services are based on your specific budget and situation. We have successfully worked with entrepreneurs with varying amounts of funding and revenue many times and maintain a policy of doing everything we can to help everyday people realize extraordinary dreams.

Do you work with non-profits?

Yes we do. Many of the most important services provided to individuals and their communities are offered by non-profits. We are happy to work with non-profits organizations and have a great deal of experience in doing so.

Do you work with clients in different locations?

Yes we will. We are based in Calera, Alabama and have an office in Starkville, Mississippi; however, we maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and organizations in several states as well as Turks and Caicos.

Will Crestfinity help me acquire funding?

We can assist you in finding funding whether you are a startup or existing business. We can help you identify funding opportunities, advise you on contractual terms, and completed loan applications. For non-profits, we can also assist you with identifying grant opportunities, writing grant proposals, and ensuring continued compliance.

Does Crestfinity invest in businesses?

While we do have a very detailed process for assessing these requests, yes, we will provide capital to business in certain situations.

What is your policy on confidentiality?

All information you share with us is considered confidential. The only exception is in cases of legal proceedings where we are bound by law to provide information to the Court.
